We are seeking a high‑precision, architect‑minded Head of Finance to design, optimize, and lead the financial engine of a rapidly scaling organization. This role is built for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑dense environment, sees patterns others miss, and can translate complexity into clear, scalable financial systems.

You will own the full financial ecosystem — from compliance and reporting to forecasting and risk management — ensuring accuracy, clarity, and strategic alignment at every level. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a systems builder, and a relentless executor who elevates standards and drives operational excellence.

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring systems are scalable, precise, and built for rapid growth.
• Oversee corporate accounting functions including general ledger management, balance sheet reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and cost‑control measures with a high degree of accuracy and process discipline.
• Ensure compliance with IAS, IFRS, GAAP, and ASC 606, embedding standards‑driven rigor into every financial workflow.
• Manage financial reporting processes, producing accurate financial statements, fiscal reports, and regulatory filings that are audit‑ready and consistent across all reporting cycles.
• Conduct deep‑dive risk analysis to identify financial vulnerabilities, model scenarios, and implement mitigation strategies that safeguard organizational assets.
• Oversee treasury management, including cash flow analysis, investment management, and funding strategies to optimize liquidity and financial resilience.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning with analytical rigor, scenario modeling, and high‑fidelity financial insights.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to compliance protocols and maintaining strong internal controls.
• Collaborate with business development teams to evaluate investment opportunities, cost‑management strategies, and revenue‑enhancement initiatives.
• Utilize advanced financial software tools for data analysis, report writing, account reconciliation, and general ledger accounting.
• Mentor and develop finance team members, strengthening capabilities in technical accounting, accrual accounting, cost accounting, governmental accounting, public accounting, and risk management.

• Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles, with a strong background in corporate finance, strategic planning, and building scalable financial systems.
• Extensive knowledge of IAS, IFRS, GAAP, and ASC 606, with the ability to apply standards with precision and consistency.
• Demonstrated expertise in governmental or non‑profit accounting environments is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of risk analysis techniques, compliance management, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in financial software systems and advanced skills in financial report interpretation and writing.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and cost structures, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Exceptional leadership qualities with a track record of managing and developing high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills combined with sound judgment in investment management and fiscal decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting detailed reports and strategic insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
