As we expand our footprint through key retail partnerships like Sephora North America, we’re looking for a dynamic Trade Marketing/Marketing Coordinator to help bring our brand to life at retail and drive performance across all touch points.


About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and creative Head of Brand Marketing to lead the development and execution of impactful, 360° marketing campaigns. This role reports to the VP of Global Marketing and manages one direct report, the Marketing Coordinator, ensuring strong project management and seamless execution across initiatives.

This role is responsible for shaping brand storytelling, driving campaign ideation, and bringing concepts to life across digital, retail, and partner ecosystems. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in luxury beauty—preferably fragrance—and has a strong ability to connect consumer insights, cultural trends, and business objectives to create compelling, high-performing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities


Campaign Strategy & Ideation

  • Lead the development of innovative, resonant, brand-building campaign concepts for launches, holidays, and key commercial moments
  • Translate brand strategy, product priorities, and consumer insights into cohesive 360° campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to align macro trends, customer behavior, and brand storytelling to drive relevance and impact
  • Ensure all campaigns reinforce brand identity and create brand stickiness while pushing creative boundaries in a competitive landscape


360° Campaign Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign rollout across all channels, including:
  • E-commerce/site
  • Social media
  • Influencer marketing
  • Paid media
  • Email & SMS
  • Retail stores
  • Trade and wholesale partners
  • Partner closely with Brand Design, Digital, Retail, and Marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with excellence
  • Ensure consistency and cohesion of messaging across all touchpoints


Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Inspire and guide teams across functions to execute campaigns at the highest standard
  • Manage and mentor the Marketing Coordinator to ensure strong project management and executional excellence


Presentation & Communication

  • Develop clear, compelling campaign presentations to secure buy-in from senior leadership, including Founder, VP of Marketing, and Head of Brand Design
  • Communicate campaign vision and strategy effectively to broader teams, motivating high-quality execution
  • Act as a key voice for brand and campaign strategy within the organization


Performance & Prioritization

  • Evaluate and prioritize campaign initiatives based on expected business impact, incremental revenue, and ROI
  • Define campaign scope, budget, and resource allocation with a strong ROI mindset
  • Track performance and optimize future campaigns based on insights and learnings


Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within luxury beauty or fragrance
  • Minimum 3+ years of team management experience
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful 360° marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing and consumer engagement strategies
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
  • Highly strategic thinker with strong creative instincts
  • Ability to balance innovation with brand and business objectives
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

The expected base pay range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
