About VALR
VALR operates across two fast moving verticals. VALR Energy is a performance beverage brand built on growth, culture, and community. VALR Experience is a national experiential and environmental branding agency executing large scale programs across sports, venues, and global events.
This role operates across both affiliated entities within our organization structure and is responsible for how the brand shows up across all channels. VALR is building an in-house creative and content engine across both verticals. This role is responsible for structuring, managing, and scaling creative output across both entities.
This is not a traditional creative director role. This position is focused on operationalizing content, aligning creative with business objectives, and maintaining a consistent, high output production cadence.
This position will organize the creative team, build systems, and ensure continuous execution across digital, physical, and campaign based environments.

Role Overview
We are looking for someone who can define the brand and build the system that produces it daily. This is not a CMO role. This is not a Creative Director role. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for brand positioning, content direction, and execution at scale.
You will work with leadership to set the tone, build and operate the structure, and ensure the work gets produced consistently, daily, and without friction.
Core Objective
They should be able to clearly define how VALR should feel, sound, and show up on the CPG side. They should also be able to define daily content needs, including volume and themes. Most importantly, they must ensure execution, identify gaps or bottlenecks, and adjust in real time to maintain output.
What You Will Be Responsible For
What This Role Is
We are looking for a highly driven individual who excels at increasing brand visibility, collaborating across teams, and building a community around the CPG brand while executing against fast paced and highly detailed requirements in the experiential and environmental branding business. This role is fast paced, output driven, hands on, cross functional, and built on accountability.
What This Role Is Not
This is not a top down creative director role making subjective calls.
This is not a paid media or digital marketing strategist role.
This is not a big idea without execution responsibility.
This is not an agency management position.
We have a team with over seventeen years of experience in experiential marketing. This role is focused on executing big ideas while continuing to evolve how those ideas are brought to life.

Position Context
This is the highest level creative role within VALR, operating across both a consumer brand and a national experiential business. You will assist leadership in defining how the brand shows up digitally for key audiences while ensuring consistent execution across all touchpoints.
