Job SummaryCardinal Ritter College Prep High School, a St. Louis Archdiocesan coeducational college preparatory high school serving grades 9–12, seeks a certified Guidance Counselor for the 2026–2027 school year. We are seeking a student-centered professional committed to supporting the academic, social‑emotional, and college/career development of scholars. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in preparing students for post‑secondary success through individualized planning, counseling services, and collaboration with families and staff. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to work in an urban, college preparatory environment and possess a strong background in school counseling and student support services.
