We are seeking a results-driven and strategic professional to join our leadership team as Manager of Growth Marketing, Sales & Strategic Communications. This role is ideal for a high-performing candidate with experience driving business growth, managing brand visibility, leading digital campaigns, and strengthening client and stakeholder relationships.
You will play a key role in expanding market presence, improving revenue performance, and building strong communications systems across multiple business interests.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth-focused marketing strategies
Lead digital marketing campaigns across web, search, email, and social platforms
Oversee SEO strategy, content visibility, and lead generation performance
Support sales pipeline development, partnerships, and client acquisition efforts
Manage corporate communications, public relations, and brand messaging
Build systems for reporting, KPIs, analytics, and performance tracking
Coordinate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
Identify new market opportunities and revenue channels
Strengthen customer experience and retention strategies
Manage external vendors, agencies, and campaign partners where required
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, business development, communications, or growth strategy
Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, CRM tools, analytics, and conversion funnels
Proven ability to generate measurable growth outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership, organization, and stakeholder management ability
Experience in real estate, finance, investment, consulting, or multi-sector organizations is an advantage
