Graphic & Packaging Designer – Fabric
Position Type: Full-Time / Onsite

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Designer will be responsible for the design, creation, and development of our Home Décor Products, cosmetic totes, bags, and accessories.
- Ability to Conceptualize, Design, and Execute Unique/Trends for our Products.
- Make Digital Mockups in Adobe AI/PS
- Strong Command of Visual Design Capabilities, Including Composition, Layout, Hierarchy, Typography, and Color Judgement
- Produce Print-Ready Files and Tech Packs
- Ability to Create Physical Comps for the showroom.
- Work independently with the sales team and Merchandising Managers,
- Able to Follow Client Style Guides
- Keep the manager informed of the status of all projects.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
COMPETENCIES
- Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator is Required
- 2+ years’ experience in the off-price retail market
- Photography background preferred.
- Efficient knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Suite
- Excellent Time Management Skills to Meet Strict Deadlines
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work with a dynamic team.
- Understanding of market dynamics and business judgment
- Realistic expectation of the customer’s capabilities, including weaknesses
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in fashion accessory design, or related field, with 2+ years of experience
