Role: UX Motion Graphic Designer (13363)
Location: Irving, TX

Key Responsibilities:
UX Motion Design: Support the creation of purposeful motion across digital products to improve usability, comprehension, and interaction feedback.
Interaction & Flow Storytelling: Create motion assets such as transitions, micro-interactions, walkthroughs, and flow demonstrations based on provided direction.
Executive & Narrative Support: Assist with motion and short‑form video assets, including portions of sizzle reels, to support executive storytelling and product vision communication.
AI‑Enabled Creation: Learn and apply AI‑assisted tools to support ideation, prototyping, and production of motion assets.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and storytellers to integrate motion into end‑to‑end experiences.
Standards & Quality: Follow brand, accessibility, and UX standards across all motion deliverables.
“Must Have” Specific knowledge and skills:
Foundational understanding of motion design and animation principles, with an interest in applying motion to UX and product experiences.
Ability to take feedback, learn quickly, and collaborate effectively with designers and partners. Comfort using industry‑standard motion tools and openness to learning AI‑assisted workflows
