Graduate Sales Executive Job at EWI

We are looking for ambitious, driven graduates to join our high-performing recruitment sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to start a career in head hunting and B2B sales within the fast-growing renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.


As a Graduate Sales Executive, you will:

  • Build and develop strong client relationships
  • Identify new business and sales opportunities
  • Source and engage high-calibre candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from first contact through to offer stage
  • Become a market specialist within your chosen industry

Previous sales experience is not essential. Candidates with 1 year of sales, customer service, or commercial experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Competitive base salary
  • Uncapped commission structure starting at 22.5%, rising to 50%
