Contract Management Senior Analyst
This is a Full-Time (W2) Remote role, but only considering candidates within 1 hour driving distance to Arlington, VA. Full benefits, PTO, and paid holidays are inclusive to this position.
- Occasional Travel (0-4 times per year) to the Arlington, VA office for All-Hands-On-Deck-Team-Meetings

Salary Target: $60K-$75K/YR (Salary can be flexible based on the relevant years of professional experience and background related to the position)
Requirements: US Citizenship Work Authorization Status; Completed Bachelor’s Degree; Physically Located within 1 Hour Driving Distance to Arlington, VA; 2-3 years of relevant professional experience including contractual data management, familiarity with FAR/DFAR compliance, supported government contract/subcontract/procurement administration, and familiarity of using data analytics tools (Python, R, SQL, Tableau, MS PowerBI)

Key Responsibilities:
The Contract Management Senior Analyst in the Analytics Operations Service Center role will facilitate the management of multiple competing priorities:
- Applies expertise in contract management systems of record procedures and processes to create accurate contract management records to ensure all Contract Management/Finance systems are current, accurate, and complete with all of Company’s contract related data
- Responds to complex inquiries into any aspect of Company’s current and past contracts from both internal and external sources.
- Coordinates across Departmental teams as needed to drive resolution to open issues.
- Ensures all Contract Management/related systems are current, accurate, and complete with all of Company’s contract related data
- Analyzes trends and interpret data across Company enterprise systems, including assisting with data calls and related activities as needed
- Identifies risks and issues, suggests alternatives or process improvements that lead to the best solution
- Prepares and disseminates information regarding contract status and/or status of deliverables
- Achieves a reasonable level of understanding of Company’s major business areas in order to communicate effectively with project Senior Executives and provide relevant advice. May provide training to Contract Management personnel
- Actively involved in Contract Management initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- US Citizen ship
- Completed Bachelor’s College Degree required
- 2-3 years relevant professional experience
- Prior experience in the contract management/procurement/legal/finance field preferable
- Understanding of basic Federal contracting principles preferable
- Familiarity with FAR, DFAR and agency-specific supplements preferable
- Working knowledge of Company policy and Contract and Commercial Management Processes preferred
- Highly proficient in Adobe, Excel, and Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze large datasets
- Detail-oriented, organized, flexible
- Able to set priorities and juggle multiple demands
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Able to apply sound business judgment
- Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
- Understanding of or experience with Python, R, SQL, and/or data analysis tools (such as Power BI) is a plus
