About This Role
Covered is building the insurance control layer for the mortgage servicing industry. As we expand deeper into enterprise servicers, growth is no longer a function-by-function effort—it requires a coordinated, repeatable go-to-market system that spans Product, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Implementation. The GTM Lead for the Servicing Business Unit owns that system.
This role exists to accelerate enterprise revenue by making our servicing GTM motion clearer, faster, and more repeatable—from first qualification through launch and expansion—so every enterprise win compounds rather than introduces bespoke risk. This is not a quota-carrying sales role and not a messaging-only marketing role. It is a senior, high-agency operator role with real ownership across the seams of the business.
