Randstad, in partnership with our client, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate II, INT Logistics to join a pioneering team at the forefront of personalized medicine. The Essentials

• Pay Range: $35.00 – $36.00/hour
• Shift: Monday – Friday, 2nd Shift
• Location: Marlborough, MA (100% On-Site)
• Role Type: 6-Month Contract (Temporary)
• Key Requirement: 6+ months of PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) experience is required.

As part of the Individualized Neoantigen Therapy (INT) program, your work directly supports the delivery of lifesaving, custom treatments.

What You’ll Do

As an integral part of the startup team, you will ensure the seamless flow of materials that make innovation possible. Your day-to-day will include:

• Material Movement: Safely transporting equipment and materials from the warehouse to production areas using PIT equipment.
• Precision Logistics: Picking and verifying items in the kitting room and executing INT pack-outs to prepare finished vials for final delivery.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhering to cGMP standards, maintaining gowning certifications, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and clear.
• Collaboration: Working fluidly with peers and supervisors to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient operating environment.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 2–5 years in a GMP or regulated environment (Pharmaceutical experience is a huge plus!).
• Skills: Strong organizational skills and a commitment to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Certifications: High School Diploma/GED and the ability to maintain a valid PIT certification.
• Mindset: A flexible, "can-do" attitude and a genuine curiosity to learn new processes.
