Job Title: Global SVP, Retail Excellence
• Define and lead the global approach to retail excellence, client engagement, and go-to-market execution across an international luxury organization with 100+ boutiques and multiple points of sale globally
• Translate brand vision into elevated, consistent client experiences across regions and channels
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure disciplined execution of commercial priorities and key brand moments
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Shape and implement global standards for retail excellence, including client experience, training, and performance frameworks
• Oversee the coordination of go-to-market initiatives, aligning merchandising, marketing, and retail teams to deliver cohesive launches
• Guide the evolution of CRM and clienteling strategies to strengthen client relationships and long-term value
Skills Required:
• Established leadership within retail excellence, client experience, or commercial strategy in a luxury or premium environment at scale
• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels within a global, matrixed organization
• Strong commercial instinct supported by analytical rigor and attention to detail

Salary $300,000+ (based on experience), annual bonus and LTI
