Glazier – Commercial Glass Installation (Front Range Projects)

Project Locations: Parker to Kersey, Aurora to Granby

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking motivated, self-driven, and energetic individuals who want to build a long-term career in the glazing trade. Our team works on a wide range of commercial projects across the Front Range, including storefronts, curtain wall systems, windows, doors, and specialty glass installations.

Candidates with glazing or carpentry experience are encouraged to apply. However, if someone has strong motivation, consistency, and a genuine interest in learning the trade, we are open to interviewing less experienced applicants.

Responsibilities

  • Install commercial glass systems including storefronts, curtain wall, windows, and doors
  • Prepare frames, anchors, hardware, and assist with material loading
  • Perform glass setting, caulking, sealing, and finish work
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layout instructions
  • Operate tools and equipment safely, including lifts and manipulators
  • Work with a crew to complete projects efficiently and with high-quality workmanship
  • Maintain a clean and safe jobsite

Preferred Experience

  • 1–4 years of glazing, carpentry, or construction experience
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Blueprint reading experience
  • Experience with lifts (boom/scissor)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Thornton, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
