Full-Time Manufacturing Role

If you are motivated, reliable, and interested in operating machinery—or eager to learn—we encourage you to apply. The Generalist Operator plays a key role in manufacturing operations by running industrial equipment and working with a team to produce high-quality building products.

This role offers opportunities to grow your skills through ongoing training and an internal certification program.

• Operate and maintain industrial machinery and equipment
• Learn the full manufacturing process for a variety of products
• Communicate safety, quality, and mechanical issues to team leads
• Assist with equipment cleaning, housekeeping, and improvement efforts
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards

• Preferred: 1 year of experience in manufacturing or working with large machinery
• Ability to show past success in a manufacturing or production support environment
• Understanding of workplace safety and commitment to a safe work culture
• Steady work history with demonstrated learning and growth
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spanaway, WA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Spanaway,WA.
