Their Merritt Island headquarters includes a state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing and R&D center with CNC machining, multi-stage assembly, and rigorous product testing. Assemblers at Arnott support production of these high‑quality engineered components, contributing directly to the company’s reputation for premium craftsmanship and durability. Position SummaryArnott Industries is seeking mechanically inclined Assemblers to join their production team. These individuals will assemble suspension components by following basic work orders, diagrams, and step‑by‑step instructions (similar to Ikea‑style visual work instructions). Assemblers will work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and must be comfortable standing 10+ hours per day while performing repetitive assembly tasks with high attention to detail.This is an excellent role for entry level candidates with mechanical aptitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to work with precision‑engineered components.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble air suspension components and related parts according to work orders, diagrams, and visual instructions.Use hand tools and mechanical equipment as required to complete assembly tasks.Inspect parts for quality, proper alignment, seals, and finish, ensuring products meet Arnott’s high durability and performance standards. 3Work from simplified, visual work instructions (similar to IKEA-style diagrams).Maintain a clean, organized work area according to safety and efficiency standards.Stand for 10+ hours while performing repetitive production tasks.Perform basic troubleshooting and notify leads of defects or issues with parts or tools.Support workflow by following production pacing and contributing to team output goals.Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures in Arnott’s manufacturing environment.Requirements:Mechanical aptitude or experience in assembly, mechanical work, automotive tasks, or similar hands‑on roles.Ability to read and follow basic visual work orders or illustrated step‑by‑step diagrams.Ability to stand 10+ hours per shift.Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with tools, machinery, and repetitive processes.Attention to detail and ability to follow standardized instructions.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Team-oriented mindset with willingness to assist where needed.

Candidates will have 1 working day interview and then can start the following day. They will interview from 8am-3:30pm.We will always hold working interviews Tuesday/Wednesday and candidates will always start next day (wednesday / thursday)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Merritt Island, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.50 - $17.00/hr.
