The Opportunity
As General Manager, you will have full ownership of business performance across service, production, and customer operations. You will lead a large team, drive financial results, and build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a workforce of 100+ associates across multiple locations in the Northeast
- Oversee a large-scale production facility processing high volumes of healthcare textiles weekly
- Manage field service operations, including daily customer delivery routes serving 1,000+ clients
- Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, cost management, and profitability
- Drive operational excellence across service and production functions
- Build, develop, and retain high-performing leadership teams
- Foster strong collaboration between Operations, Service, and Sales
- Lead customer retention and growth strategies, including contract negotiations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and associate engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading large, multi-site operations (service, distribution, manufacturing, or route-based environments)
- Strong P&L ownership and track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Experience managing field service or route-based delivery models is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop large teams and leadership layers
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style
- Strong customer orientation with experience managing key client relationships
- Passion for building culture, developing people, and driving continuous improvement

- Travel: Up to 50% regional travel
