The Opportunity

As General Manager, you will have full ownership of business performance across service, production, and customer operations. You will lead a large team, drive financial results, and build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both business outcomes and organizational culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a workforce of 100+ associates across multiple locations in the Northeast
  • Oversee a large-scale production facility processing high volumes of healthcare textiles weekly
  • Manage field service operations, including daily customer delivery routes serving 1,000+ clients
  • Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, cost management, and profitability
  • Drive operational excellence across service and production functions
  • Build, develop, and retain high-performing leadership teams
  • Foster strong collaboration between Operations, Service, and Sales
  • Lead customer retention and growth strategies, including contract negotiations
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and associate engagement


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience leading large, multi-site operations (service, distribution, manufacturing, or route-based environments)
  • Strong P&L ownership and track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Experience managing field service or route-based delivery models is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop large teams and leadership layers
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style
  • Strong customer orientation with experience managing key client relationships
  • Passion for building culture, developing people, and driving continuous improvement

Additional Details

  • Reports to: Vice President of Operations
  • Direct Reports: Senior service and operations leaders
  • Travel: Up to 50% regional travel
  • Competitive compensation package including base, bonus, phone and car allowance.
