Looking for a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations at Green Bay, Wisconsin facility. This leader will drive excellence across production, engineering, workforce development, and customer operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, durable sewn products for industrial, medical, OEM, and defense customers.

The ideal candidate is a process-oriented, hands-on operator with a passion for manufacturing, continuous improvement, and team development.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven leadership experience in plant, production, or operations management roles
• Strong knowledge of assembly-based manufacturing processes preferred
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor managers, and build a strong operational culture
• Solid understanding of quality systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on, collaborative leadership approach

The General Manager is responsible for driving performance across key operational and business metrics, including efficiency, revenue oversight, quality, safety, innovation, customer satisfaction, and vendor relationships.

This role requires a process-oriented leader with deep manufacturing expertise and a proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams
