💼 Position Overview

As a General Laborer, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our production lines running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for loading materials, checking quality, monitoring equipment, and keeping operations on track. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical, fast‑paced work and takes pride in doing the job right.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Load correct materials onto the production line in the proper sequence
• Ensure materials meet quality and specification standards
• Identify and replace defective materials
• Monitor equipment for proper operation
• Document production and quality checks
• Cross‑train at multiple workstations
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Perform operator care and basic machine upkeep

• Material handling and loading skills
• Machine operation and documentation abilities
• Strong visual inspection and quality awareness
• Ability to recognize proper materials
• Forklift experience (a plus!)
• Ability to lift heavy materials

🏭 Work Environment

• 1st Shift: 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM, Monday–Thursday
• Friday overtime available
• Non‑climate‑controlled shop (comfortable in winter, warmer in summer)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colfax, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
