Frontend Developer

Primary requirements/skills:

• 6+ years of experience with frontend application development using Angular, React.js, Next.js, including SSR and SSG
• Well-versed in JavaScript and TypeScript as well as HTML5 and CSS3/SASS
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and building/consuming REST APIs
• Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools like Playwright, React Testing Library, Cypress, and/or Jest
• Familiarity with modern development workflows including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Plusses:

• Experience with Azure cloud services supporting frontend deployments and hosting
• Experience with Azure Static Web Apps, App Service, or Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with frontend monitoring and logging tools (Application Insights, Azure Monitor)

Day to day:

The Senior Frontend Software Engineer designs, builds, and maintains modern, high‑performance applications using Angular, React, Next.js, and TypeScript. On a day‑to‑day basis, this role involves developing responsive and accessible user interfaces, implementing advanced rendering strategies such as Server‑Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), and building reusable UI components and shared design systems. The engineer collaborates closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend teams to integrate frontend solutions with RESTful APIs and deliver seamless user experiences. Responsibilities also include optimizing frontend performance across browsers and devices, addressing rendering bottlenecks, writing unit and integration tests, contributing to technical documentation, participating in code reviews and agile ceremonies, and supporting the deployment and monitoring of frontend applications within Azure‑based environments.
