Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front of House Manager to lead our guest-facing operations. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience, managing service staff, and maintaining the high standards that define the Gahnzales brand. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and brings both strong leadership and a passion for hospitality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front-of-house operations, including dining room and bar service
  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of servers, hosts, and bartenders
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience through attentive service and problem resolution
  • Maintain service standards that reflect our upscale, vibrant brand
  • Manage reservations, seating flow, and waitlists to optimize guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless communication and service execution
  • Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Uphold cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
  • Create a weekly schedule for all Front of the House employees
  • Drive beverage program excellence, especially within our tequila and cocktail offerings


Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of front-of-house management experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Knowledge of food, wine, and spirits (tequila and cocktail experience preferred)
