Responsibilities:


  • Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; take messages if needed or transfer to the correct department
  • Greet and assist all guests, direct them to the appropriate department
  • Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items
  • Open/Close office – turning on lights, open kitchens and doors, refill office supplies
  • Maintaining conference room and conference room calendars
  • Periodically check guest parking spaces to make sure they are available for guests
  • Maintain lobby, conference room, kitchen appearance and cleanliness
  • Fill copiers with paper, make sure copy room is stocked with paper.
  • Assist the VP of HR/Administration with various tasks
  • Cover executive assistant’s desk as needed


Required Skills/Preferred skills and abilities:


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Basic clerical procedures and systems
