Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist (Medical Office)

Location: Conway, SC

Pay: $15.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer and manage incoming calls with excellent customer service
  • Schedule appointments and maintain provider calendars for maximum efficiency
  • Backfill canceled appointments to optimize patient care availability
  • Verify and update patient insurance information in the EMR system
  • Process medical records requests in compliance with policies
  • Ensure patient records are accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Support quality assurance and corporate compliance standards
  • Assist with financial reviews and patient balance communication
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting strongly preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and presentation
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working as a contractor with the goal of long-term growth

  • TB test (required at candidate’s expense)
