We are seeking a high-caliber Foreclosure Litigation Paralegal to serve as the engine of our legal team. In this role, you aren’t just filing paperwork; you are a strategic partner to our attorneys, managing the lifecycle of judicial foreclosures from initial referral through final judgment. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will draft high-stakes pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, ensuring every document is legally sound and ready for court.
  • You will conduct deep-dive title reviews, identifying breaks in chain of title, unreleased liens, and probate issues before they become roadblocks.
  • You will own the timeline—tracking hearings, service dates, and court mandates—ensuring our cases move forward without delay.
  • Act as the primary point of communication between the firm, our institutional clients, and the court system, representing our commitment to excellence.
  • Proactively identify "red flags" such as SCRA status, bankruptcy filings, or loss mitigation activity to ensure full compliance and protect client interests.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • A solid understanding of the judicial foreclosure process and state-specific civil procedures. Must have knowledge of litigation workflows.
  • Proficiency in e-filing, legal case management systems (e.g., LoanSphere, Tempo), and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with real estate and title concepts, including deeds, mortgages, assignments, easements, and probate.
  • The ability to interpret loan documents, payment histories, and payoff/reinstatement figures.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and PDF editing tools for exhibit preparation.
