Foreclosure Paralegal

Jones Networking is recruiting a Foreclosure Paralegal for an opportunity to join a growing Law Firm in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities of the Foreclosure Paralegal:
- Manage the full lifecycle of residential and/or commercial foreclosure files from referral through post-sale
- Prepare and file foreclosure pleadings, notices, motions, affidavits, and related legal documents
- Coordinate service of process and monitor deadlines to ensure compliance with South Carolina foreclosure procedures
- Order and review title work; identify lienholders and interested parties
- Communicate regularly with clients, borrowers, courts, title companies, and opposing counsel
- Schedule and coordinate foreclosure sales and hearings
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in the firm’s case management system
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including investor and client guidelines
Requirements of the Foreclosure Paralegal:
- At least 2+ years of foreclosure experience preferred
- North Carolina experience
- Strong knowledge of foreclosure procedures, timelines, and court filing requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume caseload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Paralegal certification preferred but not required
