Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist III - Floater at Bentonville, AR! This is a 3 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist III - Floater

Location: Bentonville, AR 72712

Available shifts: Flexible (Must be available to work various shifts as needed)

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $28/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood collections with accuracy and professionalism.
• Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures.
• Verify patient identity and demographic information before specimen collection.
• Ensure proper specimen labeling and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.
• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection procedures.
• Follow all safety, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.
• Create a positive patient experience while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Support multiple Quest Diagnostics locations with minimal notice as business needs required.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

Candidate must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, and clean driving record.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
