What You’ll Do

  • Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain flexographic press equipment
  • Perform all make‑ready tasks, including mounting plates and installing print cylinders
  • Inspect plates and cylinders for defects and verify accurate image placement
  • Prepare web paths and make precise tension and registration adjustments
  • Execute color corrections and adjust anilox settings prior to production runs
  • Clean, lubricate, and maintain press equipment; perform minor mechanical repairs
  • Complete scheduled preventive maintenance per manufacturer recommendations

What You Bring

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with printing procedures, materials, and press equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret job specifications and press capabilities
  • Strong skills in web path setup and fine‑tuning press adjustments
  • Experience performing routine maintenance and minor mechanical repairs
  • Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Google applications)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Aquaflex, Comco, or Webtron presses
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Solid understanding of flexographic printing and machine operation

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Oakdale, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83000.00/yr.

The total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay. This company offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, life insurance, and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus tuition assistance, maternity leave, adoption assistance, and employer/partner discounts.They are willing to relocate someone for 5K.
