Position OverviewThe Sr. Manager, Sales Data Products (Group Sales) plays a critical role in Marriott’s Enterprise Data, Analytics & AI organization by developing data solutions that enable B2B sales strategies for groups business travel. This role focuses on delivering account-level insights, CRM integration, and performance tracking to optimize sales engagement and drive revenue growth.
As the product leader for group sales data capabilities, this position partners with sales, CRM, and analytics teams to translate business needs into actionable data solutions. Through agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration, the Sr. Manager ensures data products support personalized engagement, compliance with governance standards, and continuous improvement in sales performance analytics.
