Senior Manager of Loyalty Marketing

The Senior Manager of Loyalty Marketing will lead marketing strategy and execution to drive the TJX Rewards business, growing brand loyalty and delivering profit. In this role you will deepen brand affinity across the family of TJX brands and drive profitable sales and engagement among loyal shoppers! The Senior Manager supervises a multi-dimensional marketing scope that spans TJX & bank-led campaigns.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate agile critical thinking, outstanding communication skills and a proven ability to partner with diverse stakeholder groups to drive business results. The Senior Manager will work cross-functionally with a wide variety of TJX partners, including Brand Marketing, Creative, Media, Consumer Insights and Analytics, Store Operations, Global Payments and Digital Experience. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for the day-to-day marketing relationship with the external TJX Rewards bank partner.
Reporting directly to the AVP of Loyalty Marketing, the Senior Manager will lead a team of three and cultivate a culture in which associates feel welcomed, valued and engaged.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
