About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Flagship General Manager to lead our most high-profile retail location in California. You'll be the face of the brand in store — owning the full customer experience, driving commercial performance, and building a team that lives and breathes our culture.
What You'll Do
- Own the store's P&L, driving revenue, managing costs, and hitting KPIs across sales, conversion, and UPT
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team including Floor Leaders and department leads
- Set the tone for customer experience — ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's energy and standards
- Partner with Visual Merchandising to execute floorsets and maintain presentation standards
- Collaborate with HQ teams (HR, Buying, Operations) to align on strategy and execution
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and talent development pipelines within the store
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, loss prevention protocols, and company policies
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of retail management experience, with at least 2 years managing a flagship or high-volume location
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and building strong teams
- Strong commercial acumen — you understand the numbers and know how to move them
- Excellent leadership and communication skills; comfortable working across cultures and time zones
- Experience working in a fast-paced, trend-driven retail or fashion environment preferred
- Knowledge of California labor law is a plus
