Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire Alarm Technician located in Sacramento, CA. The Fire Alarm Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing low voltage alarm and life safety systems. Daily tasks involve site inspections, identifying and resolving system malfunctions, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering excellent customer service. The technician will collaborate with team members and clients to ensure optimal functionality of fire alarm systems.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Low Voltage Engineering and Alarm Systems installation
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve system issues effectively
  • Knowledge of Life Safety and fire alarm system regulations and standards
  • Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills to liaise with clients and team members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in fire alarm systems or low voltage are preferred
  • Previous experience in fire alarm systems or security systems with at least 2 years' experience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as required
