Position Summary

As a Financial Services Professional, you will build your own practice while helping clients protect what matters most and prepare for their financial futures. This role combines relationship-building, financial planning, and business development. You will work with individuals, families, and business owners to identify their goals and provide customized insurance and financial solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct fact-finding meetings to assess financial goals, insurance needs, and retirement objectives.
  • Create personalized financial strategies using life insurance, annuities, retirement solutions, and other financial products.
  • Educate clients on risk management, wealth protection, and legacy planning.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and prospecting activities.
  • Build and execute a business plan to grow your client base.
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships through annual reviews and service meetings.
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and professional development programs.


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a business.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to build trust and develop long-term relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Sales, customer service, business development, or leadership experience is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain state insurance licenses and applicable securities registrations.
