Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

LHH is partnering with a growing, mid-size healthcare organization to hire an FP&A Manager. This role offers strong executive exposure, the ability to influence key business decisions, and the autonomy to make a meaningful impact within a high-energy, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to guide financial decisions and ensure alignment with company objectives
• Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for corporate functions
• Analyze financial results, identify key trends and drivers, and communicate insights to leadership
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and operational planning
• Provide data-driven insights to improve cost management and overall business performance
• Prepare reporting packages, dashboards, and KPIs for senior leadership
• Contribute to ad hoc projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements across the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 4+ years of FP&A experience
• Advanced financial modeling experience
• Experience in a multi-entity healthcare environment
