About Defining Wealth
Defining Wealth is growing rapidly because clients are coming to us — which means this role requires zero prospecting. Instead, we need an exceptional advisor who can onboard and serve the families that are already reaching out to us.
What We Are Looking For
- An exceptional advisor ready to step into a high-growth firm and immediately make an impact with a steady stream of new clients — no prospecting required.
- A high-energy, high-caliber advisor who takes full ownership of client relationships and leads meetings with confidence, clarity, and genuine care.
- Someone who deeply embodies our core values, mission, and vision — and naturally models that culture for the team they lead.
- A person who is humble, fun to work with, listens carefully, and has a proven track record of earning and keeping client trust. Do what you say you are going to do.
What You Will Do
- Lead new client meetings end-to-end — from preparation and presentation to follow-up and execution.
- Own the client relationship: serve as the primary point of contact, anticipate client needs, and proactively communicate across life events and planning milestones.
- Onboard a consistent flow of new clients who are actively seeking our services — your pipeline is built for you.
- Review and present comprehensive financial plans, ensuring every recommendation is tailored, clearly explained, and actionable.
- Manage Slant CRM at a high level: ensure all client records, follow-up items, and team tasks are accurate and up to date.
- Track client success metrics and KPIs, and bring insights to leadership to continuously improve the client experience.
