What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct financial planning meetings with warm, pre-qualified prospects.
  • Convert high-quality inbound leads into long-term client relationships.
  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning, retirement planning, and wealth management advice.
  • Build and grow your own book of business through a proven lead generation platform.
  • Develop tailored investment and planning recommendations based on client needs.
  • Maintain exceptional client service standards and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with an experienced team of advisors and support staff.

What Makes This Opportunity Different?

  • Consistent flow of warm leads with a strong historical conversion rate.
  • Opportunity to rapidly build a substantial book of business.
  • Competitive W2 salary providing stability during the book-building phase.
  • Clear path to transition to a 1099 advisor model once your book reaches predefined growth milestones.
  • Entrepreneurial upside without the need to start from scratch.
  • Strong support infrastructure allowing advisors to focus on client relationships rather than administration.

Requirements

  • CFP® designation required.
  • Experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, or Financial Planner.
  • Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to gather assets and convert prospective clients into long-term relationships.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of retirement planning, investment management, and financial planning strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and own a growing book of business.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Ideal Candidate

You are a client-focused advisor who enjoys building deep relationships and delivering comprehensive financial planning. You are excited by the opportunity to accelerate the growth of your book through a steady stream of qualified opportunities while working toward greater autonomy and long-term earning potential.

If you're looking for a role that combines stability, growth, and a clear path to building your own business within a thriving RIA environment, we'd love to speak with you.
