Financial Analyst-Real Estate

Spectrum Search is partnering with a Dallas-based investment and operating company to hire a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and executive reporting across a portfolio of operating assets.

This role is ideal for a high-performing recent graduate or early-career analyst with a strong academic background and advanced financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and analyze financial models, including cash flow, ROI, and projection analyses
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership
• Analyze operating and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Assist in preparing materials for executive and board-level presentations
• Support due diligence efforts related to assets, markets, and capital initiatives
• Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors on operational and financial matters
• Contribute insights that support strategic decision-making
• Take on ad hoc analytical projects as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, or similar)
• Minimum 3.5 GPA (3.8+ strongly preferred) from a reputable university
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work with complex financial models
• Ability to create clear, professional PowerPoint presentations for senior audiences
• Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism and integrity

Depending on skillset and experience, this role will pay $75k-$85k + 10% bonus.
