Financial Analyst
Position Summary:
A growing healthcare company in the North Dallas area is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This entry-level role will support financial reporting, data analysis, and operational insights across the organization. The analyst will work closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate reporting and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and update recurring financial reports, dashboards, and analysis
- Reconcile financial data across multiple systems including Great Plains, Power BI, and Excel models
- Assist with variance analysis by identifying key revenue, margin, and expense drivers
- Maintain and improve standardized reporting templates
Business & Operational Support
- Assist with preparation of financial materials for internal leadership meetings
- Support ad hoc analysis, data pulls, and reconciliations
- Partner with accounting to validate financial data and resolve coding discrepancies
Data Integrity & Process Improvement
- Document assumptions, methodologies, and data sources for assigned reports
- Ensure adherence to documentation, version control, and reporting standards
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through automation and improved templates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or analytical experience acceptable)
- Strong Excel skills including PivotTables and financial modeling fundamentals
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
