Financial Analyst

Duration: 4–6 month duration

Experience Required: At least 2 years

Education: Associate Degree required

Work Setup:

• Hybrid position – 2–3 days in the office
• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with lunch break)
• No travel required

Technical Requirements:

• Excel experience is required — data analysis, pivot tables, etc.
• Fieldglass used for timekeeping

Position Description

Supports Supply Chain Finance activities through financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement. This role assists with routine and non-routine financial tasks, working with finance and operational teams to improve financial processes and support accurate and timely reporting for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor financial and operational processes
• Support accurate and timely reporting for business stakeholders
• Analyze large datasets for inconsistencies
• Identify priority issues and drive resolution by engaging with cross-functional teams
• Develop business understanding and contribute to team efforts
• Generate ideas and drive improvements to processes, business methods, or technical components

Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Experience or interest in data analytics, reporting tools, or automation (e.g., Power BI) is preferred
