Financial Advisor

We’re hiring a Financial Advisor on behalf of our client- a growing, retirement-focused wealth management firm based in Central Florida. This is a high-impact role for a driven advisor who loves both closing new business and nurturing long-term client relationships.

You’ll step into a warm, boutique style environment with strong marketing support, uncapped earning potential, and a clear, repeatable sales process. The firm provides qualified leads; you provide the hunger, professionalism, and closing skills.

What You’ll Do

Client Acquisition & Sales

  1. • Run a three-meeting advisory process with pre-qualified prospects (largely retirees and pre-retirees)
  2. • Conduct discovery meetings to build rapport, understand client goals, and explain the firm’s planning approach
  3. • Deliver portfolio “x-ray” reviews and highlight weaknesses and opportunities in clients’ current portfolios
  4. • Present clear, confident recommendations aligned with the firm’s models, annuity solutions, and tax strategies
  5. • Convert qualified prospects into long-term clients and shepherd them through onboarding


Client Account Management

  1. • Initially manage a portion of existing clients and become their primary relationship owner
  2. • Conduct review meetings and identify opportunities for additional AUM and annuity business
  3. • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, communication, and follow-through


Planning & Implementation

  1. • Work with the team to implement investment recommendations, including applications and transfers
  2. • Coordinate with the Director of Client Services on operations and service items
  3. • Use CRM with AI notetaker to document meetings efficiently


Growth & Marketing Support

  1. • Benefit from strong marketing and seminar funnels- no personal marketing spend required
  2. • Participate in client coffees and relationship-building (reimbursed)
  3. • Over time, lead educational seminars in the community
  4. • Potential to run Zoom meetings from home after successful training


Team, Culture & Collaboration

  1. • Join a warm, family-style team with high expectations
  2. • Participate in weekly meetings to solve systemic issues
  3. • Collaborate with the CEO, Senior Advisor, and Director of Client Services


Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

  1. • Experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, or similar role
  2. • Strong closing ability, especially with retirees
  3. • Familiarity with annuities, retirement income planning, and model portfolios


Licensing & Education

  1. • Active Series 65 (or equivalent)
  2. • Active Florida 215 (life & health)
  3. • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
