Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and assist with Payroll.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements.
  • Assist with month end close process
  • Preparation of annual budget and forecast
  • Coordinate insurance payments
  • Maintain and manage account reconciliations


Qualifications:

  • 2+ year's of experience as a Staff Accountant or Bookkeeper
  • Experience working with MS Excel & ERP systems
  • Operations experience a plus
  • Team player
