POSITION SUMMARY:
The Finance Manager / Sales Administrator supports equipment sales through financing coordination, documentation, inventory tracking, and administrative oversight. This role works closely with sales, accounting, lenders, and OEM partners to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of equipment transactions.
GENERAL DUTIES:
· Make inventory count sheets monthly for locations and reconcile when stores send them back
· Track equipment inventory levels and order as needed
· Generate invoices, internal documents, financial documents, and delivery reports for sales signatures
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Ideal candidate should have at least four (4) years of experience working in finance
· Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
· Proven ability to develop relationships with individuals at all levels internally and externally, and to work with teams as both a leader and a participant
· Proficient analytical and management skills
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to various people and backgrounds
