Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager for a full‑time, on‑site role in Portland, OR. The IT Manager will oversee all company technology operations, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, business applications, and end‑user support. This role manages the Jr. Systems Administrator and works closely with department leaders across Operations, Finance, Sales, and Engineering.


Key responsibilities include maintaining a high‑availability environment, overseeing servers and cloud systems, managing approximately 150+ endpoint devices, and administering a diverse application ecosystem including ERP, WMS, TMS, CRM, collaboration tools, and engineering software. The IT Manager will lead automation efforts using scripting, coding, and workflow tools, support integration and data processes, and contribute to AI‑driven logistics and operational modeling to improve efficiency.

Additional responsibilities include cybersecurity enforcement, vendor management, budgeting within delegated authority, project leadership, and ensuring that technology aligns with business priorities while delivering exceptional support across the organization.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in systems administration, network management, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure
  • Strong skills in cybersecurity tools, identity management, endpoint protection, and data security best practices
  • Experience administering broad business systems (ERP, WMS/TMS, CRM, collaboration, engineering, productivity, and cloud‑based applications)
  • Ability to script, automate, and integrate systems using tools such as PowerShell, Python, PowerAutomate, and related technologies
  • Experience applying or supporting AI‑assisted operational or logistics models
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and root‑cause analysis abilities
  • Experience managing vendors, negotiating contracts, and overseeing IT purchasing
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of IT management or senior systems administration experience
  • Experience supporting operations, warehousing/distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments is a plus
  • Experience with NetSuite is a significant plus


Salary Range

$135,000-150,000 DOE
