We are working on an opportunity for an international firm that has an immediate need for a finance candidate in Dallas, Texas. The associates get hands-on experience structuring, negotiating and implementing complex domestic and global financings across a variety of industries and specialties. The works involves asset-based lending, reserve-based lending, private credit, private bank loans, acquisitions and leveraged finance, cross-border finance, note-on-note finance, distressed debt, secured and unsecured loans and mezzanine finance.
