Pay rate: $35 - 40/Hr.

M-F 8:00 - 4:30 CST in office

Job Description:

Associate's degree or bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or electrical journeyman with low voltage/electronics training.

Willing to travel to customer sites (up to 22 weeks/year) across the U.S. This travel is by air.

The team is looking for an Electromechanical Field Service Engineer with at least 7 years of experience troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and mechanical hardware.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer sites (up to 22 weeks/year) across the U.S. This travel is by air.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial inkjet printers and production line equipment (presses, laminators, heaters, etc.)
• While on-site at Mendota Heights, MN location: Service and troubleshoot equipment. Handle customer support calls
• Supporting team that is in the field.
• Manage your travel itinerary, customer communication and schedule.
• Work on process improvement, documentation and lab testing while not traveling.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hardware experience.
• 7+ years electronic and electrical troubleshooting
• Very Strong mechanical skills.
• 5+ years of industrial equipment maintenance
• Bonus to have hands on experience with PLC and HMI programming.
• Must have VERY strong team and customer skills.
• 5+ years of travel for field service

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with programing PLCs.
• Experience with C# and .NET
• proficient in Microsoft Office applications
