Field Service Technician (Electromechanical) - DIRECT HIRE


Looking for a role where you can travel, solve real problems, and work hands-on with equipment? We’re hiring a Field Service Technician to support electromechanical systems across customer sites nationwide.


What You’ll Do

Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical equipment

Perform PLC modifications (no programming from scratch)

Complete service reports and support shop work between trips


What to Expect

~50% travel (mostly Monday–Friday)

Mix of short and occasional extended travel (up to 2 weeks) may occur, followed by time at home

Primarily domestic travel (Midwest, West Coast, South, and Southeast U.S.)


What You Bring

2–3 years of electromechanical or maintenance experience

Basic PLC troubleshooting skills

Strong mechanical aptitude and common-sense problem solving

Positive, outgoing attitude and willingness to travel

Valid driver’s license required


Pay & Perks

$26–$37/hour + OT (OT average 10–20 hrs/week)
