Our Orbia business is seeking to hire a Field Service Analyst to join our team in providing on‑site service and support for end‑user IT services. All activities are driven by tickets registered in the company’s ITSM tool and assigned by other IT teams such as the Service Desk (1st line), Network (2nd line), or additional specialist groups. This “remote hands” support model means the engineer executes tasks on behalf of these teams, following documented procedures. Tickets may include incidents, service requests, or changes. The Field Service Analyst also contributes to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to ITSM processes and procedures.
Location: Knoxville, TN
This will be an on-site position located at our headquarters in Knoxville, TN, and will visit our local plant location in Clinton, TN, our Clinton, TN Warehouse, and our plant in Erwin, TN. It is expected that the FS analyst will be able to support any location remotely, should the need arise.

"The compensation for this position will typically range from $53,500 - $99,000 per year. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
The compensation package may also include short- and long-term incentive compensation.
