About the Role

Looking to break into sales and build real-world experience from day one? As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines—meeting customers in person, representing client brands, and turning everyday conversations into lasting relationships.

This is an in-person, customer-facing role involving daily outreach in residential and event-based environments. No prior experience is required—we provide the training, tools, and mentorship to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers face-to-face to promote client products and services
• Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Represent brands with professionalism, energy, and authenticity
• Execute live marketing campaigns and assist with events
• Track daily activity and performance metrics
• Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Turn conversations into conversions using proven sales strategies
