Position Overview
As a Field Sales Representative, you will serve as the primary relationship manager for growers within your assigned territory. This is a boots-on-the-ground, relationship-first role focused on helping farmers improve profitability through practical agronomic solutions and strong personal relationships.
Approximately 85% of your time will be spent working directly with growers in the field, at the farm shop, or at the kitchen table learning about their operation and helping them make informed decisions.
