Field Marketing Coordinator

If you enjoy building schedules, coordinating with partners, supporting teams in the field, and making sure events and activations run smoothly, this role could be a great fit.

This position plays a key role in day-to-day field execution. You will help support our brand presence across dispensary partners, coordinate trainings and pop-ups, manage Brand Ambassador schedules, and ensure local activations are organized, polished, and effective.

No two days look exactly the same. One morning may involve building BA schedules and confirming dispensary trainings. By afternoon, you may be coordinating a marketing drop, helping support a local event, or solving a last-minute field need to keep execution on track.

What You Will Own

• Build and manage weekly Brand Ambassador schedules across multiple dispensary partners
• Coordinate trainings, pop-ups, demos, and field support directly with dispensary teams
• Help organize and support local events and brand activations
• Coordinate marketing drops, materials, and field assets
• Keep communication flowing between sales, marketing, and field teams
• Support day-to-day field execution so nothing slips through the cracks
• Help ensure every activation feels organized, professional, and on-brand
• Solve problems quickly when priorities shift
