The Role

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with experience managing retail partnerships and driving business growth within a fast-paced consumer or luxury brand environment. This individual will demonstrate strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage accounts while identifying new business opportunities within their territory. The role requires a self-starter who thrives independently, collaborates cross-functionally, and is comfortable working in a field-based capacity supporting multiple markets and retail partners.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, buyers, and store leadership teams
  • Grow business within existing accounts while identifying and opening new opportunities throughout the territory
  • Support store teams in driving sales performance, product knowledge, and customer engagement
  • Plan and execute in-store events, client activations, and promotional initiatives in partnership with retail accounts
  • Conduct regular market visits and seasonal business meetings with existing and prospective partners
  • Analyze sales performance and business trends to achieve revenue and growth goals
  • Manage order processes and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate execution and delivery
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement, business development, and account growth
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support overall territory strategy and performance
  • Manage business travel schedules, territory planning, and expense budgets effectively


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, wholesale, retail partnerships, or related field
  • Experience working within retail, fashion, luxury, beauty, accessories, jewelry, or consumer goods industries preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and drive business growth
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Experience with merchandising, retail operations, or in-store execution is a plus
  • Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage travel and scheduling independently
  • Must be from the Dallas, Denver or Chicago region
