Position: Family Medicine Physician

Location: Fontana, CA

Shift: Mon-Fri

Job Summary-

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment
• Conduct physical exams, screenings, and diagnostic evaluations
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
• Deliver women’s health, family planning, and prenatal/postnatal care
• Educate patients on health, wellness, and disease prevention
• Interpret lab results and diagnostic tests
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems
• Collaborate with specialists and healthcare teams for coordinated care
• Handle urgent situations, including emergency response (CPR/ACLS)
• Supervise mid-level providers and support clinical team development

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree required
• Completion of Family Medicine Residency (minimum 3 years)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (certification required within 1 year if eligible)
• Active California Medical License & DEA
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical/public health experience preferred
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient care skills
• Experience with EHR systems and basic computer skills
